An Inconvenient Truth

An Inconvenient Truth

In this film An Inconvenient Truth the presenter concentrated on global warming. The presenter is named Al Gore who challenged George Bush to be president of USA but he lost. He begins with an earth image and its changes over time and he talks about gases which effect the atmosphere to become thick. He showed also how the earth will become hotter with scientific evidence. He gave us some examples of glacier melting in some countries but he also talked about the possibility to go back to the ice age. The frightening thing about this issue was the 10 hottest years over were in the last 14 years, not just that, the hottest year was 2005! As Al Gore said. Global warming also affects hurricanes; they become stronger when it crosses hot water. It also effect the animals, some of them are dying out and we will see new in different areas with new diseases. The countries which are responsible most of this problem are USA, Japan, Russia and UK. He concentrated on the USA, and how his country didn’t do any thing to protect the nature. Their excuse was economy. He suggested some solution to his country like electricity end-use efficiency, passenger vehicle efficiency and renewable energy.

REACTION
After I watched the film An Inconvenient Truth there are many thing changed in my way of thinking. Really, he convinced me on many points. Our planet walking in a wrong way from year to year the planet becomes hotter. There are some dangerous facts like the hottest year was 2005 and some examples of melting glacier. I agree with the presenter on many points but I disagree with him on the solution. It is very good but he concentrated in America, he talked about an issue that matters the worlds so i hope that he give the world a solution not just America. I hope that industrial countries care more about our planet and I hope that people change there mind because what is happening is truth and dangerous
